2002. The birth of a vision

Legado Ibérico was born from a pioneering idea: to bring the flavour and excellence of Iberian products to every home in Spain. This gave rise to the concept of “democratic gourmet”: a commitment to making this gastronomic gem accessible without sacrificing quality.

2006. A commitment to origin

With a model based on careful livestock rearing and selective feeding, we created a unique product. Its flavour and qualities marked the beginning of our growth, laying the foundation for what we are today.

2014. Market recognition

Our passion and dedication earned us the trust of our customers and a place at the tables of thousands of homes, establishing Legado Ibérico as the leading brand in the national Iberian market.

2025. The legacy continues

Today, we continue to evolve. We embrace a renewed image — more elegant and modern — true to our essence but with eyes set on the future. We keep advancing in the premiumisation of our brand, because we believe excellence should be felt, seen… and tasted.

Fábrica Legado

Renewable energy

We produce using solar energy thanks to our photovoltaic facilities. We support a cleaner, more efficient self-consumption energy model.

Water savings

We treat 100% of the water we use and reuse it to irrigate nearby fields. In this way, we care for every drop.

Menos emisiones

Lower emissions

We have calculated and reduced our carbon footprint since 2017. Thanks to the Lean&Green programme, we have cut transport emissions by 30%.

Social commitment

We support the local economy and promote employment in our community. We are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
